At a fitness or sports event, the crowd can tell when the host has never trained. I'm a fitness trainer, and I keep a corporate room warm too.
I bring polished stagecraft, genuine fitness credibility and crowd-hyping energy to every event I front. I stay warm with your guests and on time with your run sheet, so you can leave the show to me.
Fitness events and sport competitions are where I feel at home. I'm a certified Fitness Trainer under Institut Sukan Negara, and I've been featured multiple times in TV1 & TV3. I speak the language of the people on your course.
Warm with your guests, polished with your speakers
Games and families, kept moving
A certified trainer on the mic
Energy from the start line to the podium
Energy that carries through a screen
Clear and composed when the cameras are on
